Jane is warmly regarded as a family law practitioner who is compassionate and understanding. Jane is highly skilled in family dispute resolution and has extensive experience when developing strategies for the care and safety of children, their parents, and partners, and wider whanau. Her caring approach delivers great results in the face of difficult circumstances.

Jane provides empathetic guidance, and sound advice tempered with common sense. She will provide a plain language assessment of your concerns at hand and a range of options to achieve the desired results including an amicable resolution wherever possible.

Jane graduated with a degree in Law at the University of Waikato and also holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Melbourne. She retains membership of the Family Law Section and NZ Bar Association. She has an interest in all aspects of Family Law, but in particular family violence issues and the laws regarding arrangements for the care of children. She also has a wide network of support persons for you to call upon if required.
